By purchasing a commission from me you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide the following rules.
These terms are subject to change and/ or update.

General Terms

♥ I hold the right to refuse any commission at any time.

♥ I will not start on your commission until I am given the full payment.

♥ The commissioner may repost and use the commissioned piece for their own personal use.
Please do not make edits to the artwork without my written permission.If reposting to your socials please visibly credit me. [Tagging, written username, link to my social is all ok]Commercial use is prohibited.
♥ I only take PayPal USD and ko-fi (tips only) Payment is by invoice.

Refunds

♥ I will not give a full refund if you are not satisfied with the finished product, i send WIP as i work on your commission which gives plenty of chances to ask for edits.
I will edit any parts that are my fault [missed parts that were on the ref, etc] with no charge.
♥ Sometimes i take a relatively long time to finish your commission, if i take longer than 4 months with no progress you may ask for a full refund.

♥ I hold the right to make refunds if I am unable / no longer willing to complete your commission.

♥ I will not work with a deadline.

How to Order

♥ Please specify what type of commission you want.

♥ Please include clear references of the characters you'd like.
I will not accept poorly photographed / scanned references / descriptions of characters or references with no colors.
♥ I strongly recommend that you give me an idea of expression, pose, personality, etc.
If you want me to pick, you are giving me the right to choose whatever I'd like for the character, that is fine as well. However, I am not to be held responsible if I am "incorrectly interpreting" your character.

By purchasing or owning a particular design or any of the intellectual property I own, you automatically agree to the following conditions. Please read this entirely and carefully.
These terms are subject to change or update.

Design Rules

♥ Attempting to cheat or go around my T.O.S by any means will result in being Blacklisted indefinitely.

♥ You MAY NOT resell a design for more then they were bought, UNLESS you've obtained art through monetary exchange or created art of the character.
Do not count art that was obtained before you owned the character or art you wont allow the next owner to use.
♥ You MAY NOT sell a character you've obtained through trade, gift, exchange, etc. for monetary currency.
I will allow vouchers IF consulted, but only for the price of just ART AND GOODS you've obtained for the character not ‘perceived’ character worth, anything else will be a violation of my T.O.S!
♥ Do not put rules on my designs.
do not tell people "you are not allowed to trade them to anyone but me" etc, They are my intellectual property and only i can put rules on my designs.Any parts of the character that are originally not mine ( name, self added acc,etc) do not count.
♥ Please refrain from selling/ trading designs outside of DeviantArt, Toyhou.se, Twitter, Furaffinity, and Instagram!
I am not responsible for scams outside of these websites, sell, and trade the designs with CAUTION.
♥ DO NOT MAKE SIMILAR DESIGNS/ SIBLINGS/ TWIN OR BREED MY DESIGNS !!
revamps of my designs are allowed as long as the original is kept with the redesign forever.Characters that are twins must be owned by the same person and CANT be separated !
♥ you CAN draw, write-about, role-play, etc with the character, but you MAY NOT use them commercially/ for profit.
You are allowed to buy/ make stuff for yourself.

Artist Rights and rules

☆ By buying a character design from me, you’re purchasing my labor, and art. I retain all copyrights over my work.

☆ I claim all rights to the Intellectual Property, but I will not reuse/resell the design again for personal and commercial projects.

☆ I reserve the right to modify and keep or resell any rejected/refunded designs to be sold at a later date.

Transaction Rules

☆ The complete payment transaction must be completed before you own a character.
All money must be paid or all art must be completed in a timely manner before you have ownership of a character.
☆ If I am unsatisfied for any reason before a transaction has been started/completed, I reserve the right to cancel transaction and take my character(s) back.
But once transactions are completed you own the character and I will NOT forcefully refund or take the character back.
☆ I generally do not refund characters if you get tired of them and don't want them anymore, so please be mindful of purchases and only buy a character if you really want it.

BLACKLIST
This is the public blacklist, These people are not allowed to buy my designs, if they are selling them come to me first so i can make sure they own and/or arent ripping you off on the price.

Do not ask why their on/ hassle them about being on the blacklist!
